Well today was an off day for me.. The temperature here in Chicago is -45 degrees with the wind chill. My job closed down for the day, the kids schools have also shut down for the day.. So we have been in the house relaxing and watching movies... The kids have no school tomorrow and as for myself, I have to wake up and check to see if my job is opening which I'm sure it will be.
Glad I went out Saturday and picked up a few groceries while we had the heat wave of 30 degrees. Lol.. It may not look like I will be warm enough but believe me I had on 3 jackets, 2 scarves, long johns and thigh high socks... Lol.. Oh and I can't forget about my trusty ole earmuffs... Do I wear hats? No, but I do have one and prepared to put it on when needed. And with this negative degree weather I'm certain that I will be putting it on for work tomorrow.
If you don't have to go outside DON'T... This cold is very dangerous.. If it's a must, please make sure to stay safe and warm. Until next time... xoxoxo
