T25 Day 1

Day 1 of T25 completed!!! It wasn't as bad as I thought.. ( The working out at home part, that is).. :-) I made it through the whole 25 minutes.. I did have to stop and take a few breathers but my finishing is all that matters.. I know as time goes by I will last through them all but this is just day 1 of the Alpha session which is the first 5 weeks. Patience and consistency is the key...

I had my first PT session today. and I weighed in @ 176 lbs... YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! Down 6lbs since starting my 21 day fast 5 more pounds to go ... And I have 15 more days left on my smoothie fast.... Weigh-In 11/9/13  - 182lbs - 176lbs           

Sweet Spinach Smoothie

             INGREDIENTS   2 cups of spinach, packed 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped 15 green or red grapes 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt 2 tbs avocado 1-2 tbs fresh lime juice Ice (optional)   Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth... Enjoy!   This is a great breakfast smoothie to help you with your weight loss or clean eating journey. T25 COMING SOON!!!!!!!!!!

T25!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok.... I just purchased the T25... It took me awhile to decide if I was going to make that investment but I did and It's about to go down!!! I will be posting pics of me working it out in 25min... Trying to get more workouts in at home since it's getting cold outside... Along with my personal training sessions.... There are no excuses!!!!.... Can't wait until it arrives. My new challenge will be beginning soon.... Follow me on journey...
