T25 Baby!!!

I haven't posted anything in a few days... Trying to get my body back into work mode... I was on vacation for 6 days and it's always hard getting back into the groove of things... But guess what I have.. You guessed it... 

That's right!!!! T25 BABY!!!!! It's about to go down... I still have a goal set for myself and a 29in waist line is one of them... So this is my new challenge beginning December 9th, I will be starting my 10 weeks of T25.... I will take my measurements and weight on this Saturday and I have to take measurements every Saturday until my challenge is over... I'm not good with at home workouts so that will be a challenge in itself... So wish me luck!!!

My Pink Passion

For those who know me, knows that my favorite color is pink... So why not make it into a healthy drink... I actually tried my first pink juice @ Peeled juice bar and I found it to be very refreshing... So I created my very own version of it but as a smoothie... I call it " Pink Passion "...
