My trainer had me do this slam ball workout with a 20lb medicine ball. My first time doing this exercise was last week, which was my first training session. I said to myself, "Oh that's nothing, slamming a ball 100 times". Yeah okay... But after doing 20, mannnn did it start to burn. I wasn't so much like " That's nothing" anymore... Baby girl was more like "Shit"... Lbvs... and that's the whole reason of having a trainer, so they can push you to limits that you wouldn't go if you were doing it by yourself.... So today I feel pain, that good pain. I will post myself doing them next week, but watch this youtube video by RAGE Fitness on how its done. These are the same balls that my trainer uses...
