Looking for a healthy snack while on the go... I found these passing through the peanut aisle in a local Walgreens... I was very excited to come across these because I have been looking for something new and different other than nuts to snack on that was healthy. Quinoa is very good for you, it's a healthy whole grain that has all 9 amino acids which makes it a complete protein. It's also high in fiber and is known as a superfood... Which makes this a perfect snack. So stop by your local Walgreens or health food store to pick up some of these Quinoa ( Keen-Wah) snacks...
