Post Thanksgiving Workout

Hey Everybody!!!! Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving with family and friends.. So did you over eat ? I'm very proud of myself because I didn't... I measured the foods that I ate and was very satisfied... So today I wasn't feeling sluggish and got my workout in...  Did you get your workout in? 

I got on my treadmill again today... Trying to get myself back into my running because I fell off from it and these few days I have felt great doing it.. I had gotten afraid of it because I was losing so much muscle mass from doing so much running and cardio, I didn't wanna lose anymore. I have incorporated weights now, so I feel a little more comfortable adding my running back into my routine...  

I think I wanna run a half marathon next year... Hmmmm... We will see... Stay tuned... Deuces!!! ✌️

BORN DAY!!!!!

Today, I celebrate the life of my new baby who was born today October 29, 2013... MY BLOG!!!! I'm so excited!!! This is something that I have been contemplating for years and now I've finally decided to allow the world to follow me on my personal weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey... It has been a very tough and long journey for me, I've decided to stop hiding and share with others who are also going through the struggle of losing weight, or hating to exercise, eating healthy and sometimes even gaining a few pounds back when they have lost the weight... It is an emotional roller coaster for most of us and I want to be here for those who feel that they are out here alone and just to let them know that they are not. You may also help me in ways that you don't even know... So let's get it!!! Down Size it!!!
