Today, I celebrate the life of my new baby who was born today October 29, 2013... MY BLOG!!!! I'm so excited!!! This is something that I have been contemplating for years and now I've finally decided to allow the world to follow me on my personal weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey... It has been a very tough and long journey for me, I've decided to stop hiding and share with others who are also going through the struggle of losing weight, or hating to exercise, eating healthy and sometimes even gaining a few pounds back when they have lost the weight... 10 Reasons to Workout in the Morning It can be challenging to make the time to exercise. But exercising in the morning is a wonderful way to create a positive routine and provides many added benefits beyond just keeping you fit. 1.
