Ok.... I just purchased the T25... It took me awhile to decide if I was going to make that investment but I did and It's about to go down!!! I will be posting pics of me working it out in 25min... Trying to get more workouts in at home since it's getting cold outside... Along with my personal training sessions.... There are no excuses!!!!....




Can't wait until it arrives. My new challenge will be beginning soon.... Follow me on journey...

BORN DAY!!!!!

Today, I celebrate the life of my new baby who was born today October 29, 2013... MY BLOG!!!! I'm so excited!!! This is something that I have been contemplating for years and now I've finally decided to allow the world to follow me on my personal weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey... It has been a very tough and long journey for me, I've decided to stop hiding and share with others who are also going through the struggle of losing weight, or hating to exercise, eating healthy and sometimes even gaining a few pounds back when they have lost the weight... It is an emotional roller coaster for most of us and I want to be here for those who feel that they are out here alone and just to let them know that they are not.
