Do you know the benefits of drinking lemon water?


Lemons are rich in vitamin C and minerals, it is an antioxidant that boosts the immune system and it also helps with weight loss. Something that we all in the weight loss world want to hear. :-)

Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings and by drinking warm lemon water and honey everyday it will help to reduce the weight. It also helps to detox the liver, and overcome indigestion.

Ladies, drinking lemon water can also help relieve those horrible menstrual pains that some of us wish that we didn't get every month.

If you are in good health, squeeze half a lemon in a glass of warm water and drink twice a day.

BORN DAY!!!!!

Today, I celebrate the life of my new baby who was born today October 29, 2013... MY BLOG!!!! I'm so excited!!! It has been a very tough and long journey for me, I've decided to stop hiding and share with others who are also going through the struggle of losing weight, or hating to exercise, eating healthy and sometimes even gaining a few pounds back when they have lost the weight... It is an emotional roller coaster for most of us and I want to be here for those who feel that they are out here alone and just to let them know that they are not.
