Green Smoothie with Spinach, Ginger, and Pear

Ingredients:

1 1/2c water
2c Spinach
1 ripe pear
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbs ground flaxseed
Honey to taste, optional
Ice, optional

Blend until smooth... Enjoy!
